Nancy Iallene Taylor
Ms. Nancy Iallene Taylor, 58, of Jacksonville, passed away on Tuesday May 10th 2005 as a result of ovarian cancer. Her children Susan Taylor Satterfield and Phillip Richard Satterfield II (Rick), her brother John Milton Taylor and his wife Deborah K.M. Taylor survive her. She was born November 11th 1946, graduated from Landon High School in 1964, went to work for the F.B.I. for several years. After raising her children she pursued her dreams graduating from FCCJ with an A.A. and was finishing her junior year at UNF in English Literature. She was a devoted mother with profound faith in the Lord and the goodness in others. Nancy lived her life with the grace and dignity of a true southern lady with an amazing gift for touching the lives of everyone she encountered. Love, faith, effervescent life and the pursuit of dreams were but a few of her gifts to the world. She will be greatly missed and rapturously celebrated. We are all eager to feel her love and hear her laughter again. Heaven will now be decorated with purple and red. Seek her in the sunny bay window of the library of Heaven. The Lord made of her a beautiful gift to all she met. Graveside services will be held Saturday May 14, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Oaklawn Cemetery 4801 San Jose Blvd. where her ashes will be interred with her father. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Cancer Society in Nancy Taylor's name. Please Sign the Guestbook @ Jacksonville.com
